The recently renovated property is aesthetically pleasing and has a large, comfortable bed, but the shower floor is dangerously slippery. The staff is polite and helpful.

honestly, i expected a top-tier experience but got mediocre service instead. three attempts to find a basic walk-in shower were completely unaccaptable! to top it off, i got stuck on the 3rd floor with a non-functioning elevator during a storm. a complimentary upgrade would’ve been the least they could do to make up for all this disaster. just couldn’t give a good review, sorry.

the courtyard was a nice place to stay. the location was perfect, close to dining options. the gym was well-equipped, making it easy to stay active. one highlight was the hot tub, which was great for relaxing after a long day.

Repeated issues with room access were a hassle. after three tries for a walk-in shower, it felt almost like a scavenger hunt. The thin walls allowed for too much noise from other guests, drowning out any chance of a peaceful night, and the absence of shuttle service when arriving late at night wasn’t ideal after a long flight.

I had a pleasant stay in the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The bed was mostly comfortable The staff was very nice and cute. Everything in the room was very clean. It was a good experience at this place. 😊
